General Ts and Cs as of August 2019
1. Payment Process
After your Design Consultation, we will send you a pro-forma invoice for your wedding dress. A 50% non-refundable deposit will be required prior to beginning production of your dress and the remainder must be paid before delivery or upon collection of the gown.
2. Design Consultation Booking
The first steps to creating your dream wedding dress is booking a Design Consultation. We have a standard consultation fee of R500 payable at least days prior to the consultation. Your appointment is only confirmed once payment has been received.
Should you wish to cancel your Design Consultation booking, a two day notice period is required for a full refund otherwise a refund is not provided.
3. Styling & Alterations
Dresses are made to the bride’s specific measurements. We do, however, have third-party tailor partners that can assist with alterations. Agape Wedding Boutique offers a voucher which covers up to R500.00 of the alteration costs. Should alternations exceed this, brides are required to pay the excess amount.
Our suppliers require 9 – 12 weeks to manufacturer a wedding gown. Expected delivery dates supplied for custom-made orders are an estimate only. Once your gown has arrived, we will call you to schedule an appointment to pick up your gown or arrange for delivery. Final payment is required prior to collection or delivery.
5. Return Policy
Agape Wedding Boutique will not be liable for any damages relating but not limited to:
⦁ Cancellation of the wedding.
⦁ Any acts of God or riots which may affect the wedding.
⦁ Any late arrivals of gowns resulting from delayed orders from late payments made or delayed communication from the bride.
Where a Marketing Discount has been offered, the bride agrees to provide selected photos, videos, testimonials, Agape website features and social media posts – as guided by Agape Wedding Boutique.
